Here's what I have been loving in the month of June.
Health: Water
Disclaimer: I know you have heard it a million times before. So have I! But, I finally put drinking more water in to practice. I commit myself to drinking at least 80 oz of water a day. Here's the routine that's working for me:
1. Fill up my water bottle every morning and drink the entire thing on my drive to work.
2. Drink at least 3 bottles of water during work. I asked my coworkers to hold me accountable and I'm grateful for their friendly reminders.
3. Before leaving work, I fill up the bottle again and drink it on my way home. Voila!
Having cute water bottles help too, I've been alternating between these three:
Home: Chair
West Elm Chair.
Food: Alison Roman's Thai Celery Salad with Peanuts
Make this on a weekend, play some music, and relax by chopping all the ingredients.
